Lambtasic Weekend

Are you new to fiber production or just want to get more hands on with your fiber?  We’ve got a weekend of classes “Living Your Lamb-tastic Life!”.   These beginner’s short courses, will introduce you to the benefits of adding sheep for meat and fiber production.   Taught by Kathy Meyer and Shon Wylie of Kentucky Wool works, who have decades of shepherding and fiber experience between them.  These classes will go over animal husbandry, nutritional needs, shearing day preparation, lambing basics, wool care and preparation and more including a trip to Final Frontier Farm and a hands on wool preparation demonstration.   

There will be an hour during each class for lunch- students should bring their own lunch or be prepared to go out and pick something up.

You can register for Saturday's Class or Sunday's Class seperately or sign up for both at a discount.
